Pizza, Pizza!!

What a fun class this was! We ate pizza until we couldn't eat any more. The no fail pizza crust was a favorite as was the homemade red sauce. What's not to like about pizza???

Cranberry Applesauce

I can't wait to try cooking my apples in my pressure cooker for applesauce this fall. I will quarter apples without peeling and run them through my Roma strainer when cooked.
