Brie Cherry Pastry Cups
I just realized I forgot to post this recipe from last week. These little treats are deceptively addictive. Don't plan to stop with just one.
This recipe will make 12 cupcake sized appetizers, 24 mini muffin sized appetizers or 36 teeny appetizers.
Pecan Apple Strudel
What a wonderful time we had this week making apple strudel! It's really very easy and doesn't take a lot of special tools.
One thing we discussed in class is that it takes a nice firm apple to make a good strudel. We used Mutzu apples.
You can add a little allspice instead of using just cinnamon and throw in a few dried cranberries, blueberries or goji berries to give your strudel some extra color.

Betty's Chocolate chip cookies
I usually make a double batch of these and form half of them into balls and place in the freezer. There is no need to defrost before baking.

Pizza, Pizza!!
What a fun class this was! We ate pizza until we couldn't eat any more. The no fail pizza crust was a favorite as was the homemade red sauce. What's not to like about pizza???
